For every referral that gets to the face-to-face in-office interview stage, you will get a 100 NIS Wolt gift card.
For every friend you refer that will join us, you’ll get a prize of 5000-15,000 NIS, according to the position - NET SUM TO YOUR SALARY!
OPTION #1
Upload a friend’s resume:

On the career page, choose the position that you want to refer your friend to.

Click employee at SportsArena (above the social networks sharing buttons).

Fill your full name and your email on the window that will open and click Done.

On the right side bar, you will now have the option Refer a Friend.

Click and fill in the required information.

Create an application link for a specific position:

On the career page, choose the position you want to create the link to

Click Employee at SportsArena (above the social networks sharing buttons)

Fill your full name and your email on the window that will open and click Done

Click on Get a Shareable Link (above the social networks buttons)

Clicking on it will copy the link and everyone applying from this link will be counted as your referral.

FAQ's
So how exactly do I get a prize?
If you refer a friend that gets to the on site interview phase but we decide not to go on with the process with them.
If you refer 3 friends that get to the phone interview with the hiring manager phase but we decide not to go on with the process with them.
And when do I actually get my prizes?
If you refer a friend that gets to the face-to-face in-office stage and they are rejected, you will get your prize up to a week after the rejection.
If you refer 3 friends that get rejected, you will get your prize up to a week from the last rejection.
If your friend starts working here - you will get your prize RIGHT AWAY (into your next paycheck). And the prize will be NET.
What if I refer a friend that has sent us their CV in the past?
The refereed candidate should be someone who isn't currently and wasn't lately on our hiring process.
Also, their CV has to be sent via our career system, under your name, as explained above (if they sent their CV independently they won't count as your referral).
How will I know the status of my referred friend?
We will send you weekly updates.
